Community Intelligence.
Built for Your Department.
PostWatch gives your officers access to real-time, community-reported encounter data — photos, GPS coordinates, vehicle sightings, and behavioral tags — all searchable by location.
Get Your Department Started in 4 Steps
A department representative registers online, and your officers are searching within days.
Register Your Department
A Chief, Captain, or designated representative registers online with their .gov/.mil email and department details.
→Department Approved
Our team reviews and verifies your department. Commander verification ensures only legitimate agencies gain access.
→Subscribe & Pay
The Billing Admin selects a tier (3, 6, 9, or 12 officers) and completes the ACH subscription through Stripe. Your department is now active.
→Invite Your Officers
The Access Admin sends email invitations to officers from the management portal. Each officer gets a unique registration link.
Every HOA in Your Jurisdiction. One Subscription.
PostWatch LE connects your department to community-reported encounter data across every participating HOA in your city — software-only, no hardware, no per-location fees.
Jurisdiction-Wide HOA Access CITY-WIDE
One subscription gives your officers searchable access to encounter reports from every participating HOA community in your jurisdiction — not a single entrance, but entire neighborhoods.
AI Face Analysis
Every encounter photo is processed through AI-powered face recognition. Search across communities to find matching faces tied to GPS-verified locations and timestamps.
License Plate + Vehicle Intelligence
Residents capture plate numbers along with vehicle make, model, color, and behavioral tags. Your officers get richer vehicle data than a plate reader alone.
GPS-Mapped Encounter Search
Every encounter is GPS-tagged with EXIF-verified coordinates. Search by location to see what residents reported on a specific street, block, or community.
Investigative Leads & Severity Scoring
AI-powered severity ratings flag the most actionable reports. Encounter photos, timestamps, GPS coordinates, and behavioral context give your officers real investigative leads — not just raw data.
Vehicle Watch Reports
Community members flag suspicious vehicles with photos, plate numbers, and detailed descriptions. Your officers can search these reports by location or plate to track patterns across neighborhoods.
HOA Community Network HOA NETWORK
HOA communities already use PostWatch to photograph encounters and report suspicious activity. Your department gets direct, searchable access to that entire network of community-submitted data.
Behavioral Tags & Suspect Descriptions
Residents don’t just submit a photo — they describe what happened. Behavioral tags, suspect descriptions, and situational context are attached to every encounter report.
Cross-Community Search
A suspect reported in one HOA may have been seen in another. PostWatch LE lets your officers search across all participating communities at once — connecting dots that would otherwise stay siloed.
Zero Hardware. Zero Installation.
No cameras. No poles. No installation crews. Residents report encounters using their own phones. Your department accesses the data through a secure web portal — nothing to buy, install, or maintain.
Full Audit Trail & Compliance
Every login, search, and action is permanently logged with officer identity, IP, and timestamp. Built for department-level accountability and oversight.
Tiered Officer Access — Unlimited Searches
Choose the tier that fits your operational scope: 3, 6, 9, or 12 officers. Every authorized officer gets unlimited searches with no daily limits or per-query fees.
Are You an Individual Officer?
Officers cannot self-register. Your department must have an active PostWatch LE subscription, and your department’s Access Administrator must send you an invitation email with a unique registration link.
- Ask your Chief, Captain, or IT Administrator if your department has PostWatch LE.
- If active, your Access Administrator will email you an invitation link.
- Click the link to register with your .gov/.mil email, badge number, and commander info.
