you captured on your own property — a doorbell
or security-camera still — against photographs the
Georgia Department of
Corrections publishes as public records under the Georgia Open Records Act
(
O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70). It searches only
recently-released individuals.
It does not create, verify, or endorse any record.
- You choose the photo you upload and you choose which
result, if any, to view or share — you are solely responsible for
those choices and for how you use anything produced here.
- Results are possible candidates for your own review, not a
positive identification. Face comparison can be wrong. Never confront,
accuse, or act against anyone based on a result — verify against the
underlying public record, and call 911 if you feel unsafe.
- This is an interactive service; under Section 230
(47 U.S.C. § 230) the operator is not the publisher of the
government records shown or of the choices you make.
- Uploaded photos are used only to run your search in the moment and
are never stored.
Your code is good for a set number of searches. When they’re used up, you’ll need a new code.
